The Kiwanis Park is located just north of Neill Public Library which is at 210 N. Grand
in the heart of the Pullman community. The Kiwanis Park is part of a major effort
to beautify Pullman through the Grand Avenue greenway, and to create a system of trails
including the Bill Chipman Trail between Pullman, Washington, and Moscow, Idaho,
and the Downtown Riverwalk connecting the WSU campus and the town.
